I have been working out at Club Northwest since 2010, but decided I needed some support to lose about 20lbs so I joined the new well. I was skeptical of the circuit but decided to do only that for strength (I still did cardio in the club) and see how it worked for me. I tried my regular routine in the Club to see if I could still lift, push and pull the same amount of weight after 6 weeks of circuit only. I found my strength had not declined at all – I am able to lift, push and pull the same number of pounds as before!
I am now at 80% of my weight loss goal, only 3.5 pounds from my 100% and have lost 14.5 inches! I appreciate the encouragement from the ladies who work at the new well. The eating plan and help focusing on the whole picture of wellness has made all the difference.
